green propofol urine

Answer:  This is green urine due to a propofol infusion.  It is a harmless curiosity that requires no intervention.  The mistake here is to freak out about it and stop the propofol infusion, which is unnecessary.  Other causes of green urine include pseudomonas infection and various other medications (e.g. promethazine, amitriptyline, indomethacin, various dyes).  This image is rather dark, other pictures in the literature show a lighter “grass green” hue from propofol:
